Every entry so far is us, not them. These are re-sourcings: we had been reading vendors' subprocessor pages for data-location facts, and moved to their residency documentation, which changed six answers. No vendor moved. We log that separately because a registry whose worth is its change history must never bank its own corrections as someone else's movement — it would inflate the one number nobody can check against another source.
Nothing reaches this page unreviewed. A decision is bound to the exact content of the event it approved, so correcting the underlying facts invalidates the approval and returns the event to the queue rather than carrying consent across to something the reviewer never read.
